I'm pretty certain that testing requirements stay the same even IF there are zero cases of covid on the set or cruise line assembly. It's not like Joe public. As you can imagine if someone walks into a production set with COVID and people get sick, then there would be VERY costly delays. That's why the contracts are in place.
