The development of this platform is a relatively new endeavor for us, and we may not be successful in developing or launching our platform. The market for our platform, both for content creators and consumers, is relatively new and the development and launch of our platform is subject to significant challenges. As with most start-ups, Amplify Games lacks evidence that it's business model will work in the way that was proposed. Network effects. With a multi-sided marketplace, generally speaking, the market becomes more valuable as the market is populated (in this case with games).
