Hycroft is a lil beast from NYC.  thats where they are registered..  around 6 of 2020 i purchased all 4 instruments under Murdick..  Hycroft in colorado - split out and formed MUDS..  there were 4 SPARC's in this funded @ 300M$ each -4- a total of 12B$.. one was  mining oe was mining technology acq and deployment - one was mining Acquisition...  i purchased all 4 and their warrants..  i still hold one - wts (its a thumbnail - when it moves somethings up )..

atthe time i thought NCI would get snatched..

hycroft itself and not MUDS which is in reality a hycroft shell..  around 2014 brougt that mine in Pershing..  in 2012 'the mine itself has shuttered, and was still collecting Leach Gold from the sakret pads...  that part was making something like 200M$ yr - from a mine closed...

allied/whoever came in and made a deal w the hycroft group in denver to take the mine over and simply run it their way'''  !  HC simply got a cut..  the  ine was actually making a pretty good haul  in gold..

somewhere - i don't know this - around 2014 to 2016 they were installing something or the OP Wall Broke..  there was a geotek company from reno and boise installing a new leach of some type - patented...

 i think there were two very bak to bak accidents @ pershing..  this is in the same time frame that ABX (not NMT - they continued to cover em up! ) started puching saftey...  one of the bones of contention, when i took my MSHA Saftey Class w the Nevada Director of Mines @ Cashman N elko..  was saftey had been neglected..  one of the slides of the slop w the ground crews - was where they took a porta potty and placed in on the haul road - crushing the guy inside...

when i had finished this course - ABX picked us up on a Coach - drove us into their mother ship for a 5 hur inhouse..  short N brief..  U don't chock Ur tires front and bak and u exit past the drivers door - u don't work in a mine in nevada Forever...  ABX has an entire army of saftey running around..  otw - if U hab an ABX safter - U can enter all of the norther mines in nevada..  w/o it the Nev MSHA is worthless for mine entry anywhere w/n 300 miles of an ABX Operation..

the  mine inspector then went down the line w his slide sho..  this was inside of Cashman (Cat) @ elko and an office w an ABX Room Plate..  these were slides after and from investagions he had to carry out in the field...  he pointed out in 2019 whe  i took the course  they were burying three miners annualy - dumb triks - bad pratices - and who held a red tag.. the year i worked for ABX - there were 3 more one @ NMT (?) and head on w two haul truks both drivers...

whatever happened @ peshing ??  don't know !!  whatever happend Allied was responsible before buffington arrived..

buffington walked into the pershing mine and allied was escorted off of the property...

i don't trak the pershing operation - know nada...  when hycroft held it - the mine was making money ~~!  MUDS or NYC(HC) looks like they came in and stripped stockholders - this is a 100% common feature of New York Operations going bak to RJR - Alan Boskey..  the last big game was the gamestop and amc theather chain..

they get control of the company - short it 4 a 50% blood loss and destroy thie cash flow to strip assets..

here in the case of the perrshing mine..  that pershing mine own 90,000 acres up there w water.. ouside of the gold field it has never been drilled..  there are some loose surface crusading numbers - nickel - cobalt - lantha's (?)

some of the mines in the area were still living in plywood covered sumer RV's w foam insulation...

Buffington sounds like a ABXer..  underground is dangerous - but in OP people Die !
