After seeing the 2017's SP slowly dip from 1.80 to 35 cents in three years, how many investors sweared that they should have sold back then and promised to do so if it ever got back up there.
But the situation is much different now. Demand has overpowered supply a lot sooner than expected and will be on the short side for years to come it seems. There is not enough supply even with all projects going 100% operationnal to meet the end of the decade demand.
And we all know how long it really takes to get a finished product from ground zero.
With both permits in our pocket we will have buyers banging at our door. (And for sure some have already made offers)
