RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Where are Investors Going Next with $6.50/share Cash??

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Where are Investors Going Next with $6.50/share Cash??After initial idea to hold 80% for voting purpose, I changed my mind and will be divesting from NLC, keeping 15-20% for potential bidding war.

15M of shares changed hands since the announcement and I believe that change is from NO voters to YES voters. Newcomers, probably, see it as potential bidding war gain, with 5% gain as worst case scenario. The volume is still in millions bringing more NOs every day.

Considering this and the fact that management, insitutional investors, and CATL will vote in block, I do not see how retail investors will get 34%.

Other factors:
1.   The bidding war (and its chances are getting slimmer every week) would unlikely bring more than extra 30-35%, excluding miracles, like Tesla bid.
2.    Management did not counter-bid. If we would get only $7, instead of $6.50  - that alone would be some kind of sign of care. I am not sure if I would be able to trust them, even in case of NO.

I will post my idea of reinvestment in the next post not overload this one.
