RE:RE:RE:Commissioning? They received the final parts they were waiting for to complete the pilot plant. Now they will start the plant up and run through their various checks and tests to ensure it is running properly. Once that is complete they will start producing material. The material will be sent to third paties to be tested and assessed for quality and purity, and they will do various tweaks to refine the process. Once that is all done they can start sending out samples and trying to find buyers, who will have to do their own testing and due diligence. If the material meets their requirements then HPQ becomes an approved supplier and can begin bidding on contracts. If all goes well and they can develop markets they will construct a full scale production plant.
So, HPQ is still years away from large scale production with the associated revenues, and there is still lots that can go wrong in the meantime. Getting the final components for the pilot plant is good news, but isn't going to do much for the share price in the short term.
