I think the injunction will be lifted and as I said many months ago DME would do well to get the city on their side. This isn't about protecting the water this is about money. The city is trying to shakedown DME because the limiteed data they got should nothing worthwhile and the City is upset over it. Waste of Tax-Payer money when you look at the big picture. Let DME get the APP process started and bring more jobs to the area.
