Director resignation on the surface is a major "red flag"

Director resignation on the surface appears to be a big "red flag", especially with the limited
explanation given. Beign a director doesn't take much time, if he felt Nexus had something going
one would think he would have stayed on board. His background and expertise certainly gave
more credibility to the company. Alex if he has the "balls" needs to address this immediately and
give a better explanation/background on the resignation.
