RE:RE:RE:Kapschcabbie  Don't have opinion on debenture financing proposal.and use of funds and.  the fact that debenture financing follows 200 million Preliminary Base Self Prospectus filing  of OCt 4 indicates to me that something big in works.

Q3 conference  call or news release before will be most interesting.

Just  for information purposes the total market cap for Kapsch Traffic worldwide is 194.22 million.
North american  value??  Would  be nice dream if any part of Kapsch involved..
