You know the one given the greatest compensation. The one given equity at favorable exercise prices in the hope they will be incented to create value for all. The one that should issue at FMV.
During the current CEO's reign and rise from the ranks we've gone from nearing $1 per share with huge upside prospects ($4 per share accordingly to expert opiners). This should be basking in the warm and bright achievments that were right there to be grasped. Failure of the products? No. Markets not there for the products? No. Not enough technical expertise on the team? Hell no.
Progressing science, expertise and products with rising prospects. A falling share price with several knee jerk giveaways for "strategic" investors that have taken this down to $0.30 per share. This is progress? Prudent management?
