RE:RE:IMO- Commercial Test & Samples for Potential Silo Buyers w/Agreed developbc that PYR buying HPQ is not in the cards. In fact, and it hasn't been discussed for awhile, but folks should recall Peter saying over a year ago that he took time during the pandemic slowdown to explain PYR to investors who didn't understand PYR and who thought PYR was overly complicated with their many verticals. PYR has aluded to spinning out divisions when the time was right, likely starting with the AM division.
PYR's core business is plasma torches with the other verticals benefiting and utilizing their core competency in plasma torches. I see HPQ fitting that mold almost exactly, except they don't have to be spun out because they are already independant with PYR already owning a significant stake. I don't expect PYR to begin discussion spin-outs again until AM division starts generating revenue sometime in 2022, but I use that example to respond to some that believe PYR is destined to buy-out HPQ. All JMHO!

No PYR will NOT buy HPQ as it was asked in one of the Q & A which Peter stated that PYR has more than enough on their plate . More importantly PYR and HPQ have a great working/business/partner relationship and wants to keep it that way.
IMHO..both Peter and Bernard would only sell one their JV tech only IF it was obscene multi bid from majors vying to buyout. Same with HPQ exclusive ownership to QRR...Bernard would only do likewise as well.
LONG and STRONG HPQ!!
