Time to Buy?

Q: I have a 1% position in WELL which is down 10% from my purchase cost. Trying to decide, do I increase the position to 3% or sell? I have a 3 year time frame. 

We can't provide personalized weightings, but we are comfortable with WELL today, and the position in our growth portfolio is between 3% and 4% right now.
