CONFIRMED - Newlox NOT green - Using Cyanide in Projects!

CONFIRMED - Newlox NOT green - Using Cyanide in Projects!I am confident that most investors, including myself, had no idea that Newlox was using cyanide when they invested. The company unremittingly passed itself off as being an environmentally friendly gold miner while they actually used toxic cyanide instead of the implied “green chemistry”.

It would appear that the company has deliberately hidden this fact and never disclosed it in any of the literature I could find, including their MD&A, corporate updates, press releases, their website, third-party research reports, social media posts, etc.

Concerning your insincere example of disclosure, very few people understand that “CIL” refers to a cyanide process. But, rather than have me find proof of omission, I challenge you to find and report any recent literature which discloses the use of cyanide by Newlox. (then eat your hat)

In none of Ryan’s interviews has he ever mentioned that they were using cyanide it was always inferred that their proprietary chemistry was being used. It appears that Newlox may have been purposely misleading investors to have them believe that they were using an eco-friendly alternative to cyanide.

Now that it’s been discovered that Newlox is using cyanide, you conveniently shift your focus to the remediation of mercury. You are correct that mercury is also harmful to the environment but not to the extent that cyanide is. Your baseless claim that cyanide is safer for the environment than mercury is challenged globally.

So here is the summary of the recent research and the admissions of the contributing posters;
  • Newlox is using cyanide at their gold mining operations.
  • Newlox seems to have purposely omitted this fact in all corporate literature.
  • Newlox implied or inferred that it was using an eco-friendly solution at the mine
  • Newlox represents that they are researching an alternative to cyanide (OAR).
  • OAR is early-stage lab-scale research and is not proprietary to Newlox.
  • Newlox has no proprietary technology and has no barriers to entry.
  • Newlox tailings will contain trace amounts of both mercury and cyanide.
  • Many people are already gravity concentrating old tails and skimming mercury.
