Yes someone is capping the stock at this level.   Last 5 trading days close of .53.   I’m sure the reason will be clear soon.   I look forward to UEX breaking .60.   When you look back you will wish you bought more at these levels.



Yep!  stock is trading  flat sideways building a nice base.
