and only 2 smelters on BC, Kittimat (aluminum) and Trail. There used to be about 20 smelters in BC, but..... hey, didn't the USA take Teck to court over Tecks trail facility? Bulk ore shipping port of imagine would be the strategy, rather than smelting domestically. Would be tough with COP24 and pledged net zero to build a new smelter....
