Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. RE:RE:RE:Could a knowledgeable person comment onI can tell you what happened with hathor uranium corp about 15 years ago.
The principles were from saskatchewan, incorporated in bc and trading on tsx. A major corp anounced one day that they and friends had aquired the two thirds ownership necessarry to force everyone to tender at 50% above 150 day moving average within 30 days. So the price immediately jumped to tender price. 

But not so quick. The tsx had a shotgun clause that opened a free market bidding war that could take all shares. So in came cominco and the french.

The price finaly settled about another 50% higher, with the majors announcing, they were quitting. So originals got it. Thats where I tendered,

But not so fast. The principles filed a law suit. The takers immediately upped there offer to where remaining sh tendered and deal was done.
