Happy employees also means that they like and respect management, starting at the top with the CEO. I guess that means they do not share the opinions of those on this board who continually bash and criticize John Chen. Whose opinion are you going to value more - those who work with JC and know what is going on within the company and the industry, or those whose opinion is formed from their impatience with the share price?
