West: the 66.67% ties in with my memory

West: the 66.67% ties in with my memoryOf what %is needed in a "take private " transaction.

Further if there is a take private transaction there would need to obtain an independant valuation of the company.

The point being that there are rules in place to protect the minority!

That said the s_it show currently going on with Rogers Communication one of Canada's largest telecoms shows the dangers of having 2 classes of shares (where the founder with only a small amount of the total shares is able to control a large public company)!

The takeaway =greed exits everywhere !!

Back to NCU
Question - has anyone heard of the existence of a data room? However if a possible sale was being considered one big missing piece would appear to be more exploration!!!

Gut question =can NCU rise to its full value if PALA continues to control?

Thoughts!?
