Are you showing your hand Wilma? Can you prove it constructive dismissal? Otherwise good luck. A friend of mine who is in management once told me his job would be great if there were no employees. I rebutted saying an employee might think it a great job if there were no bosses. Regardless that's what mouthpieces are for. Sounds like you might have a good chance here. Company legal depts can drag it out unfortunately.
