Does anyone else see?

I've been watching this one for a while and I see that at the day especially the week the stock value shoots past the bid. To me that looks like someone out there is artifically inflating the price before the close.

Rationally looking at the bid and ask there is only a half cent difference then it jumps 1.5. Seems like a pump.

Any others feel the same way?

Also does anyone think SJL will complete what they said in the timeline from the last NR? November 1st is around the corner.
