Some people see those big juicy bid at 53 cents over 400 lot size & assume they are going to purchase shares at market to drive up the stock price, those are fix bid by various institutions, because they have no intentions of buying all those shares at market price to drive up the stock price, so the brokerage companies sell by dumping shares into those bid & they get fill.

As long as we trade this close to 50 cents it is more likely we will dip back into 40 cents range a share, no difference like Fission that was trading very close to $1.00 a share and dip below a $1.00 a few times, for a brief moment.
