Still I am not sure how high OILS can go without news. Not that I need to buy. I made no mystery of my heavy purchases in the last weeks from 18 to 23 cents and I am up to my ears. Now I sit back and enjoy.
But big players typically have a plan based on numbers. Something like assessing OILS can draw in 3-6 months about $5M monthly in cashflow, or $60M a year, and retain say $12,5M in annual profit. So they would value future share price at, say, 10 times profit or $125M or $1 a share. These are just my numbers, but you see why the share price would look cheap today, technically overbougth or not.
