Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. is a Canada-based medical device company. It is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools to monitor patients with heart disease. VMS products are powered by its proprietary Knowledge Based Reconstruction technology, which is the result of a decade of development and provides accurate volumetric cardiac measurements equivalent to MRI.

Great speculation...let's hope. I think the ideal situation would be if she could help VPT solidify a distributorship with another entity in Europe (Phillips? Seimens?) which would put pressure on GE to make a move. Adding somebody to the BOD with her credentials makes this very interesting and I believe further validates VPT's technology somewhat.

I think you maybe on to something. Win win for GE they gain great technology and a top executive who they know and lost when they sold a division.

If George is looking for a successor I think it fits! And the timing may be good -- and he may have been led in this direction.
