RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Heritage Cannabis Secures $1.5 Million From Merida Capital Fbmeister2, I thought 9 for 1 was bad enough but 15 for 1 would be devastating for me and all the shareholder then one is looking at 15.00 a share just to break even.  Clint and now David will do anything possible to save the company.  This has beenbad deal for everyone except the insiders because they're loaded with stock and they'll get more stock options down the road.  Clint thinks there are a lot of investors interested to get involved in this deal but that's just a pipe dream to distract the long time shareholders.  Don't forget he created this mess by buying all these companies with shares and now he's off it to David to rebrand the company.  He may be a smart businessman running his fence company but he doesn't have a clue to promote the company on the stock exchange.
