Its segments include Lumber, North America engineered wood products (NA EWP), Pulp & Paper and Europe EWP. Its business comprises lumber mills, OSB facilities, renewable energy facilities, pulp and paper mills, plywood facilities, MDF facilities, particleboard facilities, LVL facility, treated wood facility, and veneer facility. The Company operates approximately 58 facilities in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. It also offers wood preservation services.

RE:RE:to Acquire U.S. South OSB Mill

WFG production is over 80% from US now. After these latest acquistions it's going to be even more than 80%. They should become a US company as that would be the best way to create value. WFG and Canadian companies like Interfor, Canfor etc trade at 1-3x earnings where LPX and WY trade at 10-15x earnings.

I'm happy for WFG to buyback shares at 2x earnings until then though!
