The Valtreixal Project is located in Spain whose operations relate to the exploration and evaluation activities of the Valtreixal tin/tungsten project. Woulfe’s properties are located in Gangwon Province, Republic of Korea. The Woulfe's operations relate primarily to the exploration, evaluation and development of the Sangdong Project.

Yes he did. It was a condition not with Almonty but between the Plansee Group and KFW. According to Lewis as of Monday October 18th all of the details were agreed to and the lawyers were finishing off the paperwork. His stated timing on the drawdown announcment was "shortly".

Comedically he talks about the list of 17 CP's as a misserable, misserable journey, but complete now:)
