Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Gee, for a second there I thought maybe that $7b-$8b was rumored to be coming Oncy's way, but alas. Do we get something concrete from the powers that be on Nov. 5th, or does Douglas Loe downgrade Oncy. Place your bets.
