Speak up to the TSXV and save YOUR NLC for a better price

Speak up to the TSXV and save YOUR NLC for a better priceSHAREHOLDERS ARE OVERDUE A PROMISED AND PAID FOR DFS (IMHO you are foolish to make a financial decision about your investment in the company without these updated metrics)

Add some public pressure to them. I sent an email about it and the TSXV essentially wants to be coy - I suspect hoping these shareholder inquiries go away. (Path of least resistance for them.) SPEAK UP AND RAISE UP THIS TAKEUNDER ISSUE TO THEM.

Essentially the TSXV is seeking willfull neglect IMO:
"Due to our strict confidentiality guidelines we are not at liberty to disclose any information regarding any review or investigation that we undertake. As a result, you will likely hear nothing further from us on this matter.  We will correspond directly with the Company should we decide to proceed with a formal review of this matter."
God only knows how many times this MO has deterred and deterred shareholder rights. (Why do your think much of your Capital Markets Regulations defer to Provincial enforcements? Because they can be more lax and deferred to provincial political interests.)

Sent a message - SAY WE ARE DUE THE DFS PREPARED FOR US, ON OUR DIME AND TIME.
