RE:RE:RE:Net house so far today - TSX only 2.846.200 by BMOAh yes, that's the problem with the alarmist call. Every seller has a buyer. If , and it's still just an IF, Eric the great is selling, who is buying? 1000s of little retail investors? Unlikely. A big pension fund? A big mutual fund? Only if they tell their unit holders ESG is a gfy. Most likely, it's an industry buyer. A fellow producer. Maybe a "financial buyer" aka private equity. It's just SO much cheaper to buy ATH with all its tax losses and 80,90,100 year reserve life than it is to build your own. If it has to go, there should be more than one buyer interested. I've read the same poo poo comments from the cheap seats and whining about hedging , and OMG it underperformed today and GULP, this week !! all the way up from 11 cents. Just my 2 cents.
