I can only speak as to my experiences, but over the years I got sucked in to these "class action". After spending countless hours on paperwork and years I got just a few crappy dollars. About half the folks that file will move on, die, or just give up. The lawyers then get to keep all the unclaimed money which for several thousand stockholders can amount to a nice bonanza. Plus the lawyers and courts get nice juicy fees along the way over many years. In short I think it is a racket. So the only real winners are the lawyers and courts. Something to think about!
