Drilling Will End Up In A Dead End.

Drilling Will End Up In A Dead End.Farshad, after decade thinks things have changed, or he would like the market to believe it has for DBG in the territory, it hasn't. As the process works through Gov legislation the permits will run-out & not issued again. DBG effectively buried money into holes with no value to anyone.

The central government created an engagement framework, which ensures that mining activity on its territory is done in accordance with Tahltan law. The framework requires companies to meaningfully consult with the Nation and respect its Rights and Title, which includes the right to declare areas off-limits to resource development. The framework also outlines communications protocols and policies on a collaborative decision-making process. More than 30 companies have signed onto the framework, but Day said Doubleview refused to do so. “We want them out of the territory,” he said. “We’re setting an example of this company.”
