Claritas Pharmaceuticals, Inc., formerly Kalytera Therapeutics Inc, is a biotechnology company that is focused on developing R-107 for the treatment of vaccine-resistant coronavirus disease (COVID) strains. The CLA-1816 provides effective pain reduction, without the risks of addiction or respiratory suppression that exist with opioid analgesics. CLA-1816 strongly binds with and activates the alpha3 glycine pain receptor in the spine. The Company has leased a laboratory, office, and archival space in Beverly, Massachusetts.

Hey Bud ...been keeping an eye on sp.... it's definately frustrating ... I will still hold tight in hopes of nr with start date ...the Tsx keeps allowing shares for payment so again this I consider a positive.. that Clas has to provide something to TSX of value or wouldn't the TSX stop Clas from continuing ...no one knows for sure but Clas still has to provide update on GVHD along with lisence of ARDS and confirmation on PAH ... Clas sure seems to be striking deals with payments of shares so other companies seem to have some trust with this company.. so until company gives update anything could happen ... this imo ...glta
