RE:RE:Gents and.ladiesBloom Energy, PLUG Power all have recent lawsuits...looks like business as usual for them, didn't Bloom Energy move up 30% yesterday? What was the outcome of the Ballard's lawsuit 3 years ago?

It's all noise, it won't dictate how the company will conduct business moving forward or how the share price will react. I have quite a number of posters filtered out using the ignore feature, I wouldn't see the noise if someone didn't quote them. If it's a concern, lets see if anyone brings it up on the Q3 call and what the reply is.
