Takeover?

Takeover?This low valuation has to make TIC a tempting candidate for a buyout from CNRL? Even if this is averted, a new share issue at this price seems pretty weak. I would think the company would put something out there to generate some interest, unless for some reason it is in their interest to keep it low. Deferred shares for execs?
