Undervalued

UndervaluedThis thing about people not going back to the office is over done.  People will go back to the office and this stock is trading about 39% under Nav.  The payout ratio is something like 72%, so it is safe.   Buy when others are fearful.  What's to fear?  That no one will go back to the office.  Nah.
