RE:Just a reminder for newbies....WARNING! 1. You are an altruistic soul that delivers sage warnings with no basis ...very kind of you. Your astute business sense and opinions based on fact are found by reading all your posts ...really???
2. What can we see??? Insiders are not bailing ....they haven't sold ANY of their shares. They continue to own over 10% of the outstanding shares of the company. As for institutional investors, they too CONTINUE to own over 10% of the outstanding shares. As for retail investors ....once again today the Bids were covered before the Asks were filled ....complete manipulation. It appears to be the same individuals that have been playing the $.005 game for weeks now.
3. Your're such an intelligent investor that you feel the need to disparage anyone who considered investing in ScreenPro???
4. Ryu just invested $325,000 in one of the trifecta of garbage you allude to .....GLBC. Is that not a significant amount of capital to invest ....only to lose it???
5. Individuals bought over 10 million shares today (investor interest ...even if it's shady) and the company has revenue in the first two quarters of its existence as a public enterprise ....including a modest profit in Q2.
6. Why do they need to restructure???
You just spent a great deal of time and space blowing hot air with NOT ONE piece of factual information. You have spent the first half of it identifying yourself as some sort of investing genius that sees things that others just aren't capable of ....and you clearly don't do the significant DD you suggest is required.
What are you anticipating the Q3 Financials will look like? Regardless of the sp if these are as good, close to or even better than the first two will you and your band of baseless bashers stop posting???
Cheers!!!
quote=mrmomo] BUT I do occassionally post alerts or warning on other boards of companies i either follow (but have no position) or have somekind of indirect relationship with my own personal investments. Like it is the case here with ScreenPro and its relationship with Graph Blockchain and Datametrex.WHY, please click on my posting history AND READ ALL the commentary i've made on this board BEFORE you actually make a decision of whether to buy or not. It requires some effort on your part it's a little time consuming BUT i may save you from making a horrible investment literally save you from serious financial losses. The choice is yours.
As you can see, insiders continue to bail out from the stock and many retail investors who were stuck for some time here, are just now seeing the light, have begun to leave in droves for greener pastures. This is reality is now being reflected in the stock price.
I don't know about other investors, but i'm not quite sure what folks who initially invested or bought recently in this company thought the outcome would be? Why buy a company who;s sole purpose was setup to sell covid/CoronaV test kits? How or what did you believe that an obscure little speculative micro play was going to be major player in selling test kits or actually have a viable long term business doing so?
I suspect this company, from the trifecta of garbage from the Ryu dynasty will be the first to go. There's absolutely no way this company has a feasible business selling kits and is probably at death's door soon. At barely 2 cents, bloated like a pig with 400M o/s shares and practically no revenue or investor interest. It has all the ingredients of a troubled, fledgling company headed in that direction. I would actually be surprised if they don't restructure soon. .[/quote]
