Avoid this testing center/business.  Took my son who had a possible contact and was showing some symptoms. Better to get tested and found this site as close by and convenient (appointments were readily available almost immediately). The site to register and all that was a bit unclear, but it seems as though since I was insured they would do 3 tests, 2 rapid tests (antigen + IgM/igG tests) and the more accurate PCR test. Went there and stood in line for about 20 mins, there was 1 person in the small storage container looking station. Was told the rapid tests would be available in 20 mins, it was more like 4 hours. You have to check the status online, the rapid tests showed negative but I know those are prone to a lot of false-negatives. It has now been 11 days and they have not posted the results, it's been stuck @ "sample collected" since the very beginning. I'm willing to cut some slack but this is not acceptable. The worst part is, I've tried contacting them in the very limited channels they have available, emails to 4 different address including one they have on their site and other specifically for results, including a followup email every day for 5 days.  Not 1 response.  I tried to call their general information number which goes straight to voicemail, no option to hold, left a message, no call back. I just want the results for a test, we all know about Covid and how it can spread, a reasonable timeframe for results is essential to properly managing and quarantining in the event of a positive result. It is a disservice to public health to market testing services for a communicable disease and fail to properly execute and notify the tested.
