yes it doesent bode well for the BOD of PQE the longer this drags on and without updates that definativly show that they will get this to trade soon on the TSX.V candian and German shareholders will tender their shares..... if the BOD cant even get this right (the halt) why would we as shareholders think they would be able to pull off financing of plants, putting them into production and running a profitable buissness!!!! IMO
over the last months they have not shown the  Canadian and German shareholders that they are up to the task!!!!
