RE:RE:Choo choo bring on that train !SU is more about downstream than upstream. At least that's the conclusion I came to reviewing past financial statements and comparing them with the most recent (Q2).  The idea being there's no way the cashflow would have dropped that much in 2021 versus 2019 on upstream alone given commodity prices. There's never been a pandemic like this before, each companiy is impacted differently.  Upstream (many stocks trading higher than in 2019) has definitely recovered well ahead of downstream.  I'm encouraged by Valero's Q3, which improved versus Q2, they were saying demand is at 95% and growing (diesel already better than 2019), CEO was very bullish. Did mention that costs are going up (nat gas being 25% of their costs).
