WELL will be sold or will merge with someone big - there is no doubt in my mind. the insider ownership is too high to ignore such a possibility. WELL also has a few key early stage investors, including Li Ka Shing. if you tally up the ownership, these guys and management control the company.

Hamed is also a high tech guy who built and sold his last company. WELL is also structured in silos so it can easily sell off pieces/divisions. both the CRH and MyHealth acquisitions mentioned this. the company is on the cusp of showing ~$100MM in EBITDA - this just needs to be validated with financial statements and I think it will put the company in the eyes of acquirers - public company or private equity.
