RE:RE:RE:Thoughts about the "exit day"...I have no concerns about long term economics or oil's future. If this works out then lots of money will be made on those blocks, more so as more prospects are explored and someone will see their valuations rise over the next 4 years
The only things that would hold me back holding past the first few days of the find are whether that someone is CGX:
- one callout, that even if they find pay, the quality has to be tested and may still fall short. Look up eco atlantic. 3xed on oil find, then plummet two months later as quality came out trash
- second, the frontera / cgx relationship is weird. I don't know how to judge it, but I wonder if fronterra can just screw over us minority shareholders with an off market deal. How much protection is there really in a wild west market like Guyana? Not sure
