this 'up tick' is likely small investors on the OTHER side...and as I have said before and maintain still this will NOT move significantly without a MAJOR investor and backer...and that ain't happening any time soon in an industry where the BIG money was already got

not in this current economy with a devaluing dollar and inflation. More SOUND investments will be made by those with LARGE means during this time...oh sure the small mom n pop investor may squirrel their money still on the 'hype', and the execs will be pleased remaining in their stead
