Just people looking at other sectors that have outperformed lodging/entertainment over the past 12mo.  Nobody wants to wait 5yrs for a double. 

Sell at $8, buy back at $12.  May not seem logical but people can be impatient and maybe unrealistic.

I'm thinking it will be exciting to see what sedi says.
