RE:RE:So What's the Play Moving Forward? It is hard to know what the real reason is that the Creso deal fell through but safe assumption that it boiled down to disagreements over who at each company was going to get what and what would that cost them. I felt that the deal was overall positive in terms of giving them scale but there were the concerns of such large dilution and increased cash burn. But I don't know that that deal not consumating was an embarassment to Linton, or to anyone else involved. Not all deals pan out once you get into the advanced stages. I don't think the frequency of linton's TRIP promotions has diminished though. I've only seen him promote TRIP a few times since deal felt thorugh, but still seems to be about the normal frequency of promotion. My assumption re. PACE is that they are working on other deals, based on what Todd and Linton have said in numerous interviews. Plus I'm sure they are also busy consumating the Acadian deal. Hopefully we will hear something about Mera soon as that will help with the medical portion.

Have you noticed how Bruce is not promoting the stock anymore?. I have not seen him for awhile. He was an advisor at Creso and Red Light. This disaster, embarrassed him. Their feeble excuses about Covid, was another untruth. Bruce said it was over how the 30 million was going to be spent.
So instead of working out their differences like adults, they blow up the deal and leave us with a missing piece,as Dr Johnny Fever, phrased it.
Of course they have to get on the medicinal side of the business. There is no way, recreational shrooms will be profitble for many many years.
What happened to PACE? one of Bruce Linton's mantra or catch phrases. Where is the PACE?
