Private equity appears to be on the hunt for new age industrials, thats for sure.  I also have owned Granite and DIR.UN for years .... all at or near 52 week highs ...  Great distributiions along the way too...  GLTA  
Just saw private equity making huge buys in Europe, so its happening everywhere.. Industrials is the place to be ... buy and hold ...  sit back and collect the monthly income.... Cheers
