RE:RE:RE:It's worth noting....Exactly. I'm going on the premise that PWR no longer has any association with solargram, or related assets, and therefore has no cannabis business. Jeff stated himself in the news release regarding the lawsuit that PWR would not be continuing to do business with solargram. Otherwise why is Jeff trying to acquire non-related businesses (e.g. first crypto, then that neuro tech that fell flat)?
Even if PWR gets rights to the land, equipment etc, you still need an experienced, licensed team to run it. Otherwise all you can do with the land and related cannabis assets is sell it.
Let's say for argument's sake that PWR wins the lawsuit. Do you really trust that this situation won't repeat itself? I don't.
I prefer to err on the side of caution and assume that what can go wrong, will go wrong, because so far that's what's happened.

That makes no sense unless you think Solargram will somehow establish they own the land and all the equipment, which seems pretty unlikely. As far as I can see, Captiva owns the operation and equipment and Solargram the company basically grows and sells the dope and takes their cut.
