$11.00 share price a year from now ????According to the release, it's entirely possible. Correct me if i'm wrong.
Initial dividend of $.10 per year represents 7% of AFF. When debt level targets are met ( by second half 22 they say) they intend to pay out 50% of AFF. That would be 7 times the initial dividend, or $.70 per share. At today's share price that equates to 20%. Of course the share price will adjust as the dividend increases. If we may assume shareholders might be content to hold this stock while collecting a 6.5% dividend, then the price would adjust to the $11 level over time.
This depends on only one thing, a WTI price of $70. Currently over $80. I'm betting $70. is the new base.
