RE:Canopy buying wanna

RE:Canopy buying wanna That doesn't clarify much to me. He should stop wasting so much breath on his usual talking points and go over in detail what ALL the possibilities are going forward.
Is he saying that if Canopy exercises their right to acquire Wana that they will likely immediately terminate all supply and distribution agreements Wana has? I didn't even know that was a possibility and am not sure how can this be beneficial to Canopy. It would surely almost destroy the brand. I figured there was a good possibility it would be business as usual going forward.  I suppose if that were the case it would be an increased incentive for Canopy to buy Indiva's assets but any premium paid would be small.
That substantial cash payment if they do terminate isn't all that reassuring either, given he said it would currently amount to half Indiva's market cap.  Great, until you realize that one of the main talking points he's had for the last two years is how ridiculously low Indiva's market cap is.
Glad I took half off the table a couple of weeks ago now when a bunch of stuff just didn't make sense to me, from that atrocious financing amending the entire loan at a much higher rate, to Sundial selling shares.
