I was a broker at RBC for exactly 30 years. In my recollection I believe he admitted to having participated in a financing of share and option units at 12 cents. And then made it his top pick when the company had, or was about to, announce annual revenues of four thousand dollars. I think the date was February 23rd but that's just by memory. As I recall, the stock went from 20 or something cents to $1.20 ish in 3 days on more than 110 million shares traded.
