Liking the predictability

Liking the predictabilityUnder Bellemare and Di Bert it was a mess. Could never tell what was going to happen. Now it is failry stable, very organized and seems like Management knows exactly where they want to go. All good things for long term share growth. Fingers croseeed they execute
